Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate should’ve good knowledge in below areas:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer   needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock of sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of a company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results
  • Report to Head- Business Development and responsible for handling sales of Maharashtra region
  • Branding, Promoting, Marketing of ERP or Software systems
  • Managing marketing functions like product planning & road maps, consultation and business development

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Job profile must demonstrate the ability to promote the company to the new customer and to develop and maintain relationships
  • Should have good knowledge about the Indian markets having the same IT-Software services opportunities for technology transfer
  • Candidate must have good exposure in Software Sales & Marketing
  • Good exposure and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills. Should be proficient in English/Hindi/Marathi
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
